After a lot of deliberating we’ve settled on a theme for November 2009, the clue is in the title, Cute Baby Photo Contest.
We think this is an excellent theme that will put a few smiles on faces, or at the very least create a few AWWWWW’s

Tried voting on October contest, it only showed the top of page 1 and refreshed the page continuously…. Tried entering the November contest, got to the upload page and before it could upload, it refreshed to THE NEXT page…
Not enthused…

Does it have to be “babies”? Youngest I got is 3 years old.
As a Guide to age, new born to 4years old would be acceptable
